Mentorship is a relationship in which a more experienced or more knowledgeable person helps to guide a less experienced or less knowledgeable person. The mentor may be older or younger than the person being mentored, but he or she must have a certain area of expertise. It is a learning and development partnership between someone with vast experience and someone who wants to learn.

Our approach to peer learning comes out of cognitive psychology and is an educational practice in which learners interact with other learners to attain educational goals. Whether it takes place in a formal or informal learning context, in small groups or online, peer learning manifests relevant aspects of self-organization.

ASSESSMENT & EVALUATION
Assessment is the systematic process of documenting and using empirical data on the knowledge, skills, attitudes and beliefs, mainly to reach development’s goals. Also evaluation requires criteria, uses measures and is evidence-driven, but is mainly judgmental and oriented to grade or appraise.
